Here at RebelBoards we were not kidding about helping surfers get the best at the right price.  All of our boards are custom hand-shaped to our specifications.   No pop puts, no molds, each board is a work of art. 

What does epoxy mean to you?
Good question.. how about the following:
Under normal use these boards are going to stay in great shape and perform well for years.  You can enjoy it yourself for a long time, pass if down, or sell it to someone who can't afford a new one and share the surfing experience!

Our boards are highly resistant to travel damage.  They're not indestructible, but if you pack them well, they're going to arrive unscathed. (despite the best efforts of airline or ground transportation crews)

Performance!

Epoxy boards don't surf quite like regular fiberglass boards.  Our manufacturer is one of few in the market currently making epoxy boards with wood stringers. This allows our boards to flex more like traditional polyester resin boards, so you get all the strength and durability of epoxy, with all the feel of a regular polyester resin board.

Fins Included

Our boards come complete with patented DFS (Detachable Fin System) composite fins.  DFS fins are reasonably priced and come in shapes, sizes and flex to work well in all conditions.  We suggest you buy your replacement fins from us and save money.  However we realized that some folks are just going to want the latest FCS fins, so we made sure they fit the DFS setup too. Win/Win!

So with all this positive stuff, are there any drawbacks? Just one..  once you surf epoxy, it's tough going back to regular fiberglass!

Epoxy Honey Comb Sandwich

Hand shaped EPS super light foam blank with genuine wood stringer, epoxy laminated and sandwiched with Nero Cross Link Composite for maximum strength to weight ratio and flexibility.
