The RebelBoards team will do everything in its power to provide a product and level of customer service that exceeds your expectations. If we fail to do this in any regard, we will adhere to the following policies to correct the situation. A detail of RebelBoards Order Cancellation, Limited Warranty, Return Policy and Shipping Damage Claims is as follows:

Order Cancellations

Cancellation of the order before the item has been shipped is free of charge and will result in a full refund of the amount paid. In the event that the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, the cancellation will be treated like a return. Please refer to the Return section of this page.
In order to help us cancel your order before we begin the shipping process, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-310-213-0341 before 5 PM PST on the same day you place the order.

Limited Warranty 30-Day Manufacturers Guarantee

RebelBoards warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from major defects in material or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

The warranty is valid only when the product is used for normal recreational activities, and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, pressure dings, damage due to excessive sun exposure, damage caused by improper handling and storage, damage caused by use in waves or shore break or damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship.
This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change, or modification has been made to any part of the surfboard.
RebelBoards will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspections and/or photos of the surfboard, which clearly show the defect(s). If necessary, this information must be sent to RebelBoards, postage prepaid.

This is the only warranty we make to you and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for bodily injury or death and for incidental and consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product covered by the warranty, it does not extend to subsequent purchasers or third parties.
There are no warranties, which extend beyond the warranty specified herein. The duration of any implied warranties are hereby limited to the 30-day duration of our express warranty.

Returning Merchandise
Products can be returned for any reason within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund of the amount paid (less shipping) if the following criteria have been met. The product must be in the same condition as received in. This means brand new and never been used in any manner. If RebelBoards deems the product as being used or altered from its original state the return warranty is void.

Products can be returned only if RebelBoards provides a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) in advance. The Return Manufacturer Authorization must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package, or it will be refused.

Contact RebelBoards for a Return Manufacturer Authorization.

Re-pack the item inside the original shipping box alone with its original contents. If the box is not available, you are responsible for acquiring an appropriate shipping box and packing materials that meet the shipping carriers packing requirements. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. The original Sales Receipt must also accompany all returns. If you do not have a Sales Receipt, just write the Return Manufacturer Authorization on the box next to the shipping address.

Any unauthorized or improperly packaged merchandise will be returned to sender.

You may ship the return item by any carrier you choose. RebelBoards is not responsible for any return shipping costs. All return item shipping costs are to be incurred by the customer and are their sole responsibility.

Shipping Damage

In the unhappy event that a board is damaged in transit, the RebelBoards team will do whatever it takes to make it right. The very first thing you should do is call us and we will go through the following options with you:

Keep and repair the surfboard damage and file a claim with the carrier. This works best as you can recover the cost of the repair plus the diminished value of the board up to the full amount of the insurance protection. Also you don't have to wait for another board, we know your excited to surf the one you just got!
Get an estimate for repairs and send the estimate to us with a picture of the damage.  On approval, we will refund 150% of the repair cost (note: if the board is badly damaged, we would prefer you to send it back, so we can show the damage directly to the carrier).
Notify us of the damage and a return label will be sent to you. Package the board back up in it's original state and simply return it free of charge back to RebelBoards. You have the choice of a full refund or replacement board. This will be granted upon receipt of the damaged item.

The RebelBoards team will do everything in it's power to deal promptly with the situation and ensure everything is resolved in a way you expect it to be.
