Shipping is via DHL, Fedex, USPS or alternate methods. A tracking number will be provided for each individual shipment where available.

All accessories will be packed based on order and shipped separarely from surfboards. Prices calculated at time of packing.

Packaging
All surfboards are wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap with cardboard covering the rails, extra bubble wrap and cardboard is applied to the nose and tail. The board is shipped in a heavy duty 2-ply cardboard shipping box.

All surfboards are insured against damage to the full value of the purchase price.

General Shipping Notes
We have a number of shipping options available to us. If you are finding the stock shipping prices on the shopping cart to be too high please contact us for options.  If you are not in a hurry for your board, we can typically get it to you via an independant contractor who will take it from our door to yours.  This means less damage, but more time until you get it.  In some cases this remains the only option for longer items
